A. Human Capital Manager – Koperasi KASIH Indonesia

Description

Human Capital Manager: Building HR division from A-Z; Managing and taking care of KKI’s most important aspect – its people

Responsibilities:

  • Develop all needed HR-related systems (almost from scratch), with key priorities on: (a) Performance management, (b) people and career development and (c) Rewards & benefits
  • Lead team in HR division in executing division’s works
  • Develop and execute GA-related works, inc. asset management
  • Join KKI management team in some strategic decision-making

Requirements

  1. Share KKI’s calling – to help the poor – & willing to sacrifice for it (KKI’s existing core team has at least 50% salary cut after joining KKI)
  2. Passionate about people, their development & HR function
  3. Min. 6 years of experience in HR, ideally exposed to many of HR sub-functions
  4. Solid, reliable performer who has humility and strong integrity
  5. Believe in The Higher Power, whatever your religion is

B. Finance Manager – Koperasi KASIH Indonesia

Description

Finance Manager: Developing systems and executing finance-related works, including data management, tax and reporting.

Responsibilities:

  • Co-develop needed finance-related systems together with KKI’s CFO, with key priorities on data management (inc. to support the implementation of our new MIS, coming in 2018)
  • Lead finance-related works, inc. taxation, cash-control, reporting
  • Lead Admin Team (5 staffs) in executing their day-to-day works
  • Future: Financial projections, business planning, budgeting, treasury & others

Requirements

  1. Share KKI’s calling – to help the poor – & willing to sacrifice for it (KKI’s existing core team has at least 50% salary cut after joining KKI)

Koperasi KASIH Indonesia (KKI) is a social business providing financial services to the poor, unbankable people, so they could achieve a prosperous life. KKI chose Cilincing as its 1st location. Cilincing is one of Jakarta’s poorest sub-district with ~19,000 poor households, majority of which go to loan shark when needing a loan and charged 300-360%/year

KKI goes to the extra mile in helping poor people by providing not only loan and savings facility but also education and other supports. KKI has seen that education could improve the sustainability and magnify the impact brought by the loan. Most of other MFIs only give loan, as it is easier and cheaper to be done.
